Trails

Whether you're looking to get in a good workout—or just get away from it all—our cross-country network is the perfect place to explore the White Mountains. These trails are open to guests of Loon Moutain Resort as well as visitors to the area.

These wide trails follow a network of historic logging roads, and offer something for every level of cross-country skier—from gentle paths along snow-covered Pemigewasset River to more challenging trails that ascend the shoulder of Black Mountain.

Grooming

Trails are groomed periodically.

Parking

Parking is limited to the designated spaces at the trailhead.

Pets

Pets must remain on leash. Please, clean up after your dog.

Equipment

Personal cross-country ski and snowshoe equipment can be used on these trails. Rental equipment is not available at Loon during the 2023/24 winter season.
